Why Motivation is Important – Ways To Get Motivated To Exercise…
Whatever our ultimate fitness goal, the journey is not always a smooth and easy one and life will often throw so many obstacles in your path to throw you off track. This is why motivation is important and why you need to know which things get and help keep you motivated, when the going gets tough and you feel like quitting.
There are many different ways you can motivate yourself to keep going on your journey to a healthier. fitter you and you need to find the one that really clicks for you…
One great way is to keep a note of your physical differences, whether it is photos of yourself or your measurement changes as you progress.
If you are lifting weights then keep a log of how much you have progressed, the amount of weights you can lift. If you have taken up walking or running then write down how long you did it for and how far you got.
Also don’t forget to make a note of how completing the exercise made you feel.

If you constantly remind yourself why you started on the journey and what it will mean to you to succeed, then it will always give you the motivation you need to get through the hard times and see the results you deserve.
