We all know that a properly working metabolism is a good thing as one of its main jobs is to break down the food you eat and convert it to energy to keep your body functioning efficiently. We can increase our metabolic rate by regularly participating in exercise but you can also give it a boost by choosing the right types of food to eat.

There are many different foods that boost your metabolism and here are just some of the ones that I regularly include in my diet. They are all quite tasty and have some other really good health benefits too.
