Choosing A Protein Powder for Your Smoothies

There are several different types of protein powder on the market that are great for adding to your smoothies.

There are Whey and Cassein protein powders which are dairy based and contain all the amino acids. The main difference between the two is that whey is quickly absorbed by the body, while casein is slowly absorbed.
